Important updates to Marymount ISSS services 05/01/2023
Effective May 1, 2023, ISSS will have the following important updates to our services:

  • The ISSS office will be open in summer Monday-Thursday 9 am-4 pm and Friday 9 am-1 pm.  Inquiries submitted outside of these hours will be addressed within three business days.
  • All Walk-In Hours and one-on-one advising appointments will be unavailable.  Immigration inquiries should be addressed to the ISSS office via email (isss@marymount.edu) and/or phone (703-526-6922).  The office will remain staffed by ISSS Peer Advisors to assist you.
    • If you call and it goes to voicemail, it means we are busy helping other students.  Please leave a message including your full name, MU ID number, phone number, and reason for your call.  ISSS will respond to your inquiry by call or email.
  • Processing requests submitted to ISSS will continue to be processed within 7-10 business days.  Please be aware of this timeline and submit your requests in advance.  Continually following up will result in the delay of all processing for all international students.

As always, you can find the answers to many of your questions on the ISSS website, which now features a search feature for your convenience!  For best results, start by searching the ISSS website for your questions.
