Submit a Request through the ISSS Portal
Most immigration-related processes require you to submit an official request through the ISSS portal. To log into your portal, click on the "Log In" button at the upper right corner of this page and sign in using your MU credentials. Once in the ISSS portal, navigate to Tab 4 and then scroll down to see the request options.
Processing Time
Please allow our team up to 10 business days to review and process requests made through your ISSS portal. If your request is missing documents or we need more information, an ISSS Advisor will contact you. Processing times may take longer if you do not submit all the required documentation or if we need to request clarification.
