Doctoral Notification of Coursework Completion

 

Eligibility
Students who have completed all course requirements and are officially dissertation candidates taking dissertation preparation courses will be allowed to be enrolled part-time for the duration of those courses. Students should be familiar with their degree plan and course description in order to make sure they are eligible for this dissertation part-time enrollment period.


Steps to submit notification
Dissertation candidates should complete a doctoral notification of coursework completion each semester that they are working on the dissertation until they graduate. Please read below for steps:
  1. Log into your ISSS portal and click on tab 4
  2. Click on the Human with a Check Mark icon titled Doctoral Notification of Coursework Request.
  3. Fill out the form
  4. Add your Academic Advisors name and email address
    • they will need to sign for approval that you are in your dissertation phase
  5. Hit Submit
